FAQs

How long does the full factory and museum tour last?

The complete tour experience is designed to last approximately 2 hours

Do I need to book my visit in advance?

Yes, online booking is mandatory for the full tour (factory + museum). This ensures we can provide the best experience for a limited group size. For a visit to the museum only, no reservation is required; you can visit anytime during the shop's opening hours.

How does the ticket voucher work?

The value of your CHF 15.– tour ticket becomes a shopping voucher! You can redeem this voucher in the FELCO shop on the day of your visit for any purchase of CHF 50.– or more.

Are there any other discounts available in the FELCO shop?

Yes. On the day of your visit, you will receive a 15% discount on all products available in our shop. This is in addition to the ticket voucher offer.

Is the factory tour suitable for young children?

The factory is a real, working industrial environment that can be noisy. While children under 8 are admitted for free under parental supervision, the technical nature of the tour is generally most engaging for visitors aged 10 and older.

Can I take photos or videos during the tour?

For the safety of our staff and the confidentiality of our processes, photography and videography are not permitted inside the factory production areas. However, you are welcome to take photos in our museum and shop.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, there are designated visitor parking spaces available in front of the reception building. We also have electric vehicle charging stations for your convenience.

Is the tour accessible for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users?

Unfortunately, access is difficult for persons with reduced mobility. The tour route includes several sets of stairs and is not fully wheelchair accessible.

Is there a dress code or specific footwear required?

For your safety, we require all visitors on the factory tour to wear flat, comfortable, and fully closed-toe shoes. The floors in some areas can be slippery.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted inside the FELCO building, including the museum, factory, and shop. Thank you for your understanding.
